Relying on postdoctoral workstations, Dongyue has vigorously carried out talent introduction and joint training. A domestic and international, multi-level, and collaborative technology research and development platform has initially been formed.
As of May 2023, the group has 23 full-time PhDs, 322 master's degree holders, and 1170 undergraduates. In order to meet Dongyue's growing talent needs, the group has established 6 research and development centers in Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Japan, Canada, and Germany through organization and implementation. Among them, there are 22 national standards, 11 industry standards, 5 local standards, and 58 group standards. Two of the standards received the 2022 Fluorosilicon Industry Standard Innovation Contribution Award Special Prize and the 2020 Fluorosilicon Association Standard Innovation Contribution First Prize, respectively. One of the standards received the 2019 Group Standard Demonstration Application Project first batch of application project of Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.
